What data we process
The data you provide in the quote form: name, company or practice, email, phone, town and project details, comments, and the drawings or the link to download them. Also anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.
Purpose and legal basis
To answer your request, call you and prepare your quote. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). If you commission the project, the data will be used to manage the professional relationship.
How long we keep it
If no work is commissioned, for no more than 12 months after your request. Otherwise, for the duration of the relationship and any legal retention periods.
Who we share it with
We do not share it with anyone unless required by law. The service providers have technical access: Oracle (website) and IONOS (email), with servers in the European Union, and Google (Gmail), which may process it in the United States under the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Files you attach are not stored on the web server: they are emailed and deleted immediately.
Your rights
You may access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, request portability and withdraw your consent at any time by emailing miquel@ara-tecnologia.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This website does not use cookies. If visitor statistics are added, they will be cookieless and will not identify you.
